What is TRI:Fit?

TRI:Fit is our thoughtful approach to fitness classes. We wanted to create a fitness class with a difference, one that aligned with our principles at Trident, which are to prioritise pain-free movement leading, strength development and overall performance for longevity.

When is TRI:Fit?

Tuesdays and Thursdays 6pm
Saturdays 9am
(Currently at Trident Rochdale only)
